Marvel Rivals has certainly made a splash on the esports scene, with the biggest event so far, the Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid-Season finals, due to kick off in just a few weeks time.
Netease has introduced several major updates to the game, the most recent of which brought the summer event and swimsuit costumes, and all eyes are now set towards the Ignite Mid-Season finals.
After months of competition around the world, teams from all regions will gather in Guangzhou, China, to compete in the Ignite Mid-Season finals, which takes place around the same time that Blade finally arrives in the game. We’ve got all the details for the event here.
All Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid-Season Finals Qualified Teams
10 participating teams have qualified for the Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid-Season Finals, following their performances in the Ignite Stage 1 events in their region.
In the Americas, Sentinels took 1st place following a 4-3 Grand Final victory over 100 Thieves, with Envy securing the third and final spot. The Americas has the largest representation in the Ignite Mid-Season Finals with three qualified teams.
Citadel Gaming and Rad EU are flying the flag for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), with REJECT and Gen. G Sports representing Asia. The two Chinese teams, OUG and Nova Esports, were the final two teams to qualify for the event, while Ground Zero Gaming is the sole representative for Oceania.
